You only pay for people who are ACTIVE on the platform per user, per month. You can add unlimited users/profiles to the platform.
Our contract type determines your commitment with us. Most of our customers spend time with us right from the start, as we set up their system with all subscribed functions and allow them to test the platform with real expenses. In most cases, customers determine within 48 hours if ExpenseOnDemand is the right fit for them.
Given this initial investment of time, most customers opt for a minimum one-year contract, which also comes with the benefit of discounted pricing. If at any point during your contract you’re not satisfied, our sales team is here to help and will work with you to address any concerns. However, if you choose to cancel before the contract term ends, the remaining balance for the full year will still be payable.

For larger organisations, our Active User Pricing Model is often the best fit. With this model, you are only charged for users who actively submit expense claims, ensuring cost efficiency. To provide stability, we agree on a minimum monthly billing based on the typical activity level of your regular expense users. This approach allows for scalability while keeping costs aligned with actual usage.
