That’s why we’ve taken that thought and applied it to our expense management software for small businesses, giving our small business customers the same sort of service our big business customers have been enjoying for years. Here’s the deal: Our corporate clients, buying into our Enterprise package, have been able to pick and choose which features of our online expense management software they want to have bundled together in a package tailor-made for them.

Our new-look web interface now gives exactly the same level of control to even the smallest business. The beauty of the new arrangement is that you can turn on, or turn off the features you want as and when you want to turn them on or off. You can see at a glance what you’ve signed up for, and that puts you in complete control of your spending. Have a look at the new interface here. We’re pretty excited about it, not only because it’s new, but because it’s another leap forward for us. ExpenseOnDemand was the first app to be created with the sole trader in mind. That was more than a decade ago, and since then we’ve been developing and evolving, making our product better and better all the time.

Although we’ve changed the way you buy into our cloud based expense management software, the ethos behind it – that the ease of managing expenses is as important as accuracy – hasn’t changed.

You’ll still be able to record all the spending that forms part of your day-to-day business life, categorise each expense, compile reports, and exports them wherever it suits you best.

We will still offer the opportunity to capture reports using your smartphone camera, to use our software in any currency around the world, and in more than one language.
